Rhode Island natives know, our small coastal state truly hosts a variety of landscapes. Each is more romantic than the last! From coastal charm to urban bustle, there are so many facets of life here that can be incorporated in the celebration of a couple’s story. For this special occasion, the pastoral countryside of southern Rhode Island set the scene for this chic, pastel, fairytale wedding.
I also had the special privilege of beginning my experience alongside this bride and groom at the iconic Coast Guard House for their rehearsal dinner. It was so magical to sit with them in their excitement and anticipation! I loved sharing in these tender moments of pre-wedding joy. Plus, it was so fun to witness the sweet reception of guests that had come to shower this happy couple in love and celebration!

The following morning, we began getting ready on site. The rustic charm of this family-owned winery made for a warm and happy atmosphere. Nestled in the countryside of South Kingstown, this venue blends bucolic beauty with all the allure of a coastal town. It was truly idyllic.
Laughter set the tone as this groom readied himself alongside his groomsmen. Simultaneously, the bride and her closest friends popped champagne and raised a toast to happily ever after. And truly, this day felt like it leapt from the pages of a storybook! From the dreamy spiral staircase of this bride’s first look with her dad, to the sweet ceremony in a private garden, this rustic, fairytale wedding was full of wonder and romance.
This couple exchanged their heartfelt vows among loved ones in the most picturesque ceremony site. A private garden overlooking the vineyard was the ideal location for an intimate nuptial exchange. It truly elevated the warm and romantic tone of this celebration.
During cocktail hour, guests enjoyed sparkling wine and season-inspired hors d’oeuvres. Meanwhile, our newlyweds snuck away for breathtaking portraits in the golden light of a spring dusk. Laughter, love, and light were center stage for formal photos with the wedding party and dear family. I was so honored to capture these memories!
Afterwards, this couple made their newlywed debut with an elegant first dance in their reception hall. Heartfelt toasts, a seated dinner, and an adorable cake cutting by bride and groom then preceded a live band performance and full-on dance party! Our bride returned in a sparking mini dress that perfectly suited the occasion. While guests ended the night with dancing, drinks, and desserts, these newlyweds were able to slip away for a private champagne toast and a few flirty photos. It was the perfect send-off for a weekend celebrating their newest chapter!
